The wedding ceremony will be at Villa Kalyana on the beach and lawn of the villa.

For our tropical chic semi-formal theme, ladies are encouraged to embrace vibrant colors and patterns. However, please refrain from wearing white or black. Some of our events will take place on grassy/sandy areas, so wedges, low heels, block heels, or sandals are recommended. Men: Gentleman we invite you to have light colored attire that resonate with the tropical vibe. Please avoid white or black suits. Feel free to leave your ties at home!

In Koh Samui, tipping is not expected, but it is appreciated, especially for exceptional service, you can usually round up your bill or leave a small amount of change. Decent tip is around 50 baht ($1.50 USD). If you choose to tip at restaurant, as most bills already include a service charge

Weather can be unpredictable, but please prepare for humid tropical weather during March.

It is usually taxis or download the grap app, but they’re not always cheap, so traveling as a group and splitting costs is the best idea. Can also work with villa staff to help with rides. Car rental from the airport or suggested from people’s hotels / airbnb, I recommend the well known places at the airport, good reliability. If you plan to rent a car and drive to the wedding ceremony and reception, there is plenty of space to park. We would just strongly suggest that no one considers coming all day drinking and then driving, even if its just 5 minutes along the road. Anyone wanting to rent scooters etc, please ensure they’re aware it’s not legal to ride without a helmet and having no license = no insurance is valid. Too many accidents happen here with these circumstances so best to be armed with the right info. Based on where you are staying at, you can ask your hotel if they have available drivers to go around the island.

No scheduled events before the wedding, except for the wedding party for the rehearsal on March 11. The optional events after the wedding are going to Koh Phangan on March 14-17, 2025 for the Full Moon Festival on March 14. For more details, pleases see Koh Phangan info page.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. The only exception are the children part of the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding!

Our wedding events will all be taken outdoors, so please dress accordingly.

Buy it in 7/11.. if you have allergies bring a strong deet one. For Villa Kalyana guests, they spray the villa and supply some in the rooms. You can then buy more if you wish.
